All of our sauces are great for busy people, foodies, chefs, and Asian culinary artists making them an Asian pantry staple. We have added a few of our favorite recipes below to get you started. Enjoy!

Pan Seared Pork Chops with Yellow Curry

1 jar Watcharee’s Thai Yellow Curry Sauce

8 pork loin boneless chops (3-4 oz. per chop)

2 tbs oil

Salt

Freshly ground black pepper

Lightly rub pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet or a grill pan over medium-low heat.

Add the pork chops and sear 5-7 minutes on each side or until browned and the juices are clear. Set aside.

Pour Whatcharee’s Thai Yellow Curry Sauce in a saucepan or wok and cook with medium heat until boiling.

Remove from heat and pour over the seared pork loin chops and serve with jasmine or brown rice.

Thai Chicken Yellow Curry with Potatoes

1 jar Watcharee’s Thai Yellow Curry Sauce

1-2 chicken breasts, cut into chunks

1 medium potato, cut into cubes

1 small yellow onion, cut into wedges

Pour jar of Watcharee’sThai Yellow Curry Sauce in a saucepan or wok and warm over medium heat. Add chicken and stir. Add potatoes and onions and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, and potatoes and onions are soft. Remove from heat and serve with steamed jasmine rice, brown rice, butternut squash noodles, rice noodles or pasta noodles.
