Char Siu Pork

Char Siu means fork roasted, and is a flavor that originates in Guangdong, China. It came from a barbecue method which uses Soy Sauce as a base, and carmelizes the the sugars on the meat as its roasted.

NOH Char Siu has the distinct taste of traditional Char Siu without the corn syrup or preservatives that many commercial grocery store sauces have.

Kalbi Ribs

Kalbi, or galbi, is a marinated short rib dish that uses a sweet sauce made mostly of Soy Sauce, Sugar, Rice wine, Sesame Oil, and Garlic.

It is from South Korea, although its such a great flavor that it has its own annual festival.

NOH Korean Kalbi has the sesame seeds in the sauce as is the customary style, and can be used also like a barbecue sauce, not only a marinade.

Oriental Stir Fry

The concept of stir frying came from China, but has been very popular in Japan since the 1950’s, and many Asian cuisines have a variation of stir frying.

NOH Oriental Stir Fry uses cane sugar for the sweetener, cornstarch for the thickener, as well as an amazing blend of spices which serves as a tremendous marinade for any combination of noodles, meats, or vegetables.

Sweet and Sour Cauliflower over rice

Sweet and Sour sauce is thought to have originated in Hunan, China where early variations used pears, pineapples, as well as brown sugar and molasses to make different flavor profiles. It was generally used as a dipping sauce.

Use NOH Sweet and Sour for anything to make it taste amazing, its taste profile goes beyond Asian foods to include French Fries, Chicken Tenders, even vegetables.
