Ingredients:
1.Salt
2.Aniseed
3.Coriander
4.Corn Starch
5.Glucose
6.Garlic
7.Black Pepper
8.Cumin Seed
9.Monosodium Glutamate
10.Citric Acid
11.Red Chilli
12.Cinnamon
13.Cardamom
14.Clove
15.Caraway Seed
16.Bay Leaf
Steps of Cooking:
1.Wash the rice and soak for 30 minutes.
2.Fry onions in hot oil until golden brown. Add carrots and cook for 3-4 minutes.
3.Then add remaining vegetables and cashew nuts. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
4.Add National Vegetable Pulao Recipe Mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
5.Add water and cook on high flame. When the water boils, drain soaked rice and add to the pan.
6.Then cook for further 10 minutes.
7.Cover the pan and simmer at low flame for 5-7 minutes or until all the water is evaporated and rice becomes tender.
8.Delicious Vegetable Pulao is ready. Serve with raita, salad and chutney.
