Ingredients:
1. Salt
2. Red Chilli
3. Corn Starch
4. Cumin Seed
5. Ginger
6. Coriander
7. Garlic
8. Cardamom
9. Black Pepper
10. Rice Starch
11. Clove
12. Turmeric
13. Monosodium Glutamate
Steps of Cooking:
1. Fry: In a pan heat oil and fry onions till light brown.
2. Add ginger and garlic pastes, tomatoes and National Qeema Recipe Mix into the fried onions.
3. Add minced meat and stir for a while. When water of the minced meat dries up
4. Add coriander leaves, green chillies and stir fry for 5 minutes.
5. Serve: Delicious Qeema is ready. Serve with hot naan.
