How did we get our start?
Kam Yen Jan opened in 1924 to share a cherished family recipe with the greater community. Since then, we have updated and enhanced our original sausages to bring you eight new varieties!
Why do we love what we do?
Chinese Sausage, or Lap Xuong Thuong Hang, has rich history dating back to the Wei and Jin dynasties; originating sometime between 300–500 AD. We’re proud to uphold the tradition of rich flavors and unique textures.
