4 (6oz) chicken breasts, lightly scored6 tbsp Palin Yogurt8 tbsp Rani Tandoori Paste

Tandoori Chicken – Serves 4

Method of Preparation:

1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

2. Add the chicken and cook for 5 to 8 min, until seared and browned.

3. Stir in the Rani Tandoori Simmer Sauce and simmer for 5min, stirring occasionally.

4. Serve over rice or with naan.
