Quick Yellow Thai Curry with seafood and noodles

1 pouch Mike’s Organic Yellow Thai Curry Sauce

4 to 6 Shrimp, cleaned and seared

4 to 6 Scallops cleaned and seared

6 oz Rice noodles or Ramen noodles cooked

2 Handfuls of Spinach raw

Pour Yellow Thai Curry Sauce in a saucepan or wok and warm over medium heat. Add all ingredients and heat through. Garnish with fresh Cilantro
